Hey, I'm Joel!
I was born in Argentina, raised in the United States, and am now living in New Zealand with my beautiful kiwi wife and family. For as long as I can remember I have surrounded myself with art. I bought my first camera just out of highschool and haven't let go of it since. There is just something so beautiful about capturing a moment in time that expresses a feeling, an emotion.
It is a privilege having the trust of my couples to document their love stories all across New Zealand and abroad. Having a mixture of friends from different ethnic backgrounds, I love it when my couples incorporate parts of their heritage, lifestyle and culture into their wedding day. Because I know every wedding is unique, I want you to know that I will do my best to capture it in an honest and untampered way. I love letting the day play out as naturally as possible, as opposed to removing you from important moments. I feel like the most beautiful and authentic images come from those raw, candid, in-between moments of you and your partner hanging out and making each moment your own.
